Secondary windings (low voltage) can be of the most varied shapes (oval, round, rectangular, octagonal, etc.) and built with aluminium and copper foil and flat wire enamelled or paper isolated
They usually have 2 output terminals but, in cases of dual voltage (ie. 231/400 V), they will have 3 output terminals.
For special machines with multiple output voltages, we are able to weld more than 3 terminals ensuring the overlap and alignment.
Low voltage windings can be made in layers or subcoils.
Flat wire windings can reach the following measures:
- Flat wire section: 150 mm², max;
- Winding height: 400 mm, max;
- External diameter: 250 mm, max.
Foil windings can reach the following measures:
Copper:
- Foil thickness: 1,5 mm, max;
- Foil height: 600 mm, max;
- External diameter: 600 mm, max.
Aluminium:
- Foil thickness: 1,5 mm, max;
- Foil height: 625 mm, max;
- External diameter: 600 mm, max.
We work with very tight tolerances to maintain optimum performance and maximum efficiency of the winding and we check and test each phase production.
Thanks to our flexible organization, we are able to make individual windings, prototypes or large series.
